Advent Parish Day School is a thriving, vital ministry of the Episcopal Church of the Advent. Established in 1971, Advent has a long history of excellence and is well respected within the community. We are now nurturing the children of our first preschool students! We also love welcoming back our former parents as grandparents!
Advent serves students who are 18 months to 5 years of age. The school operates on the public school calendar with an additional summer program. Children must be 18 months by September 1st of the current year to enroll. The program offers both a half and a full day option. Our programs are designed to promote growth and development of the total child socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually in a loving Christian environment. Advent has a well-educated and experienced staff. In addition to our academic classroom activities, our school has a unique program of special areas that enhance the regular school day. Cooking, science, art, music, movement and chapel all have a designated "subject matter" teacher. Advent is very proud of our school program.
